Impact Ministries is a ministry of First Melissa which seeks to equip believers to serve and to glorify God in the community. A community is a cluster of people with at least one common characteristic such as location, occupation, ethnicity, housing condition, shared interests or a common goal. Ministry to the community is provided where an individual lives, works, or plays.

It is our desire for believers of First Melissa to serve in their communities both inside and outside of the church.

There are many opportunities to serve. After completing a FAITH Fact Sheet we can help you find a place of service in your community.

Current and on-going opportunities for service include:

• First Melissa - Greeters, Children’s and Preschool Ministries, Youth Ministries, Sound, Video, Photography, Life Groups, Clerical, Receptionists, Musicians, Angel Food, and other opportunities.
• Communities - Life Groups, monthly projects, IMPACT Week and immediate needs in various communities
• Organizations - Impact Ministries, Non-profits, Civic and governmental organizations
